How we collect and publish reviews
- We ask every customer for a review after their first order has been sent. Customers who used PharmaRoo before our current website are invited by our team. Reviews can only be left with a personal link, so only people we have invited can leave one.
- We publish genuine reviews, positive or negative. We do not pay for reviews, offer anything in return for them, or write them ourselves.
- Our team reads every review before it goes up. We remove the names of prescription medicines, doses and prices (UK law does not allow medicines to be advertised to the public), personal or contact details, and anything offensive or not about the person's own experience. If we change a review, it is marked "edited".
- Photos are only shown when the customer has agreed.
- Reviews describe personal experiences of our service. They are not medical advice, and everyone's experience is different. A UK-registered prescriber decides whether treatment is suitable for each person.
