In short: weight loss injections are prescription-only medicines, usually GLP-1 based, given as a once-weekly injection. They mimic gut hormones that reduce appetite, so you feel fuller for longer and tend to eat less. In the UK they can only be supplied after a prescriber confirms they're suitable for you, which is why every PharmaRoo treatment starts with an eligibility check and a full assessment, never an add-to-basket.
